After the United States of America Presented there case and I have crossed examined their witnesses, the Judge instructed me, of my rights to give evidence. He also note that I am not required to prove my innocence, however the prosecution is required to prove that I was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
I did not take the stand, for there was no need for me to take the stand because the from the evidence that was presented to the court. the prosecution did not present the evidence to prove that I was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
As a result I refuse to take the stand in my own defense and the Judge dismissed the case because the prosecutor fail to present the evidence that was needed to convince the Judge that I was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
